We’re Dustin and Anna Morton and farming and gardening have been in our families for a very long time. Neither of us ever really thought we’d end up farming, but the truth is once you’ve lived it, it calls to you!
Anna has ridden horses for as long as she could walk and has worked on numerous farms in western Canada. She teaches both English and Western riding lessons, although her first love is jumping. When she’s not doing that, she’s chasing after kids, chickens and sometimes lambs (not always in that order!).
Dustin grew up loving his great-grandmother’s small conservatory and the smell of damp potting soil that filled his aunt’s greenhouse. A huge advocate for local food and horticulture, his day job allows him to connect with other farmers and help them find the resources they need.

By now you’re probably wondering what makes us different from the veggies you find in your local grocery store. And chances are there isn’t a lot with one big exception; we live just down the road. We are the friendly face that is growing your food, food that we love to eat ourselves and that our kids are lucky enough to be able to munch on whenever. That’s a pretty big privilege and not one we take lightly. So come on out and see us, ask us about why we grow the way we do, and fall in love with this amazing land that we’re so proud to take care of.
